Hey there.Shock collars can be quite expensive if we are looking for quality on a budget. After quite an investigation - here is an inexpensive one, not only does the job but is quite good quality and yes, under 100$ . Wow, a steal, considering the cheap crap and the expensive brands. Personally- Greatest deal under 230$ / where Tri-Tronics rules/.
