This pad got my dogs attention at first sight. As soon as I set it on the floor, they laid on it without using the heat. Besides my dogs, this pad is a warm comfortable bed for my tortoise. The pad heated up so quick that I didnât need to wait to long. I tucked in few more soft clothes and switched to low setting for long term use. With this waterproof pad I cleaned up my tortoise mess easily. Right now my tortoise is still small so I just fold it in half to keep her back warm as well. I would recommend this pad for owners who love their pets.

Edit: changed my review when this stopped working a coup,e weeks after buy8ng it. My old hunting dog loves this! It is big so measure that itâs the size you want/need. The heat seems to be pretty evenly distributed along the pad, no hot or cold spots. Thick and lays nice and flat, we placed a sheet over it. Money well spent.
