ordered this item in good faith. caging is just o.k. but did not receive all parts and 7 out of the 8 dishes were crushed! this is due to the packaging. they came in an envelope and nothing protecting them. company would not replace them. they wanted pictures. now they want me to send order back at my expense, AMAZON did nothing for me except re-enforce insuring the package to get my money for cages not shipping both ways.I will keep cages and go purchase dishes at a pet store.
