do you leave the seeds in the water for 24 hours to clean them? or do you
use the same water with the seeds in it to blend it ? cause i saw anotehr
video and he did it different so if someo0ne can inform me asap that would
be amazing

Hi, Lol, I seem to have lots of questions, and you have been great with
quick responses. My question today is this: I have been soaking my seed for
24 hours before I make milk out of it. Is this too long, should I only soak
it overnight, 12 hours?

What do you think? I’m sure you may already know, but Water Kiefer or
“tibicos” are full of natural probiotics as well but, it drops your glucose

I think your video is wonderful information and I’m really considering
adding it to my diet because I do believe there’s a lot of health benefits
but I think I might be leaning towards a silica free alpiste seed. I
started trying to research medical reports regarding silica fibers and came
across this website,

since you know more about natural alternative remedies you might understand
the report better. I believe that it is stating that silica fiber is the
same as asbestos fibers and silica can be taken in other safe forms. I
don’t know, I just thought I’d forward to see what your thoughts are.

Hi, I purchased the seeds from your store and have been using for about a
month. My question is should I use daily all the time, or is there a
recommended period of time to stop, then start up again. BTW I am very

Hi, loved your video. One question. When you make the milk there are 2
servings. One for the morning and one for the evening. Do you refrigerate
the second serving until you use it?

Drinking my alpiste milk as u speak, however I am not using the fabric
coriander, I only passd it’s through the metal one, because I dont mind the
small residue settling on the bottom of my glass, in fact I drink it with
it . Now I wonder if I should rather not eat the residue, is it ok I eat
that sandy left over? Thank u
