Update 1-3-19 – was in need of another heater for my new tank (#6) and they are working great so far!! The old ones I bought from June are still in great working order (after the one was replaced). Came from a different seller this time. Will let you know about the customer service if I need it.

Update – the heaters are still working great!

Update: one is developing humidity on the inside and obviously has a crack in it somewhere. Thought you all should know. The other is going strong

I bought these for a 75 gallon aquarium because you need two for a tank. They came in excellent condition, with only one of the suction cups broken. Word of caution- they come with the settings as high as they go, so change to 72-76 BEFORE placing in the aquarium. Otherwise so far so good. I will update if I have any issues, but for. Ow has met my expectations.

So far great product. One heater was broken but it was promptly resolved and new one arrived today. Even with just running one it has my 125 gallon at 81 degrees. Great customer service and so far great product.
